After staying here for three nights we where covered with BEDBUG bites! We confronted the staff and the manager refused to see us and compensate us. After arguing with them!! we ended up getting a few quarters to spend our whole last day washing all our clothes and gear because we didn´t want to bring any off the bugs with us from this place. Also it´s located near a very bad area so it doesn´t feel safe at all. I would STRONGLY recommend staying away from this place and go to a better place! Peter, from Sweden ~ 23rd Apr 2012

Bed is uncomfortable and rooms are very very hot, at least when I stayed during new year`s eve. But the price is good, the location is excellent, there`s laundry room at affordable price and the breakfast is good. Bedbugs were found, no bath towels or clean sheets were given.Old sheets, mismatch pillow cases.Management did not accept full responsibility for the bedbugs and refunded only 20%.They require $10 cash deposit for room key. Suzette, from USA ~ 5th Oct 2011

I only stayed here one night but it seemed like a lovely place. The rooms were clean and spacious enough, with a bed I slept very soundly on. The make-your-own-waffles are a great idea... and the staff was extremely helpful when I ran into a snag with my cell phone. Kelly, from USA ~ 3rd Oct 2011

location is pretty good! there has many event of free beer and etc.. but facility and cleaning is lower. Most things are pretty good except for facility and cleaning. Staff is also very nice. Every aspect of the hostel is very good. Is one of the best hostels I have ever stayed in, but the location is a little bit sketchy. If you go to the west of the hostel, it seems to be very insecure.
