Orient Express Hostel in Berlin, Bulgaria

The twin room is not "ensuite" at all since everyone has access to the bathroom adjacent to the room. Moreover, the washing machine is IN the twin room. Overbooking seems to be a common practice. We were lucky to arrive earlier than the other guests (2 french girls) otherwise we would be relocated to another hostel. They had our friends' reservation wrongly registered and this took 2 hours and several phone calls to solve. This would easily resolved if the lady that keeps the place could express

The twin room is ensuite. Fact. You have to lock it from inside. The key is on the door. The lady who keeps the place speaks perfect English,and that's me,the other lady just cleans the place. We spoke to you for about one and a half hour on the the phone on perfect English as I remember. It was you who didn't know to tell us that you have 2 separate reservations.
