Oriental City (Starway Kaihao) Hotel in Tirana, China

This is not a hostel, it is a Chinese-run hotel.The front desk spoke minimal English and were not very helpful, and the price was not as cheap as a real hostel would be.The woman at reception at first acknowledged my reservation, then tried to sell me a different room.I never found out if they even had the room I had booked on the website, and I had to pay full price for the room ALTHOUGH I had paid a deposit when I reserved the room.You can get a better room at the Holiday Inn for less!
