Oslo Vandrerhjem Holtekilen in Oslo, Norway

We got our reservation cancelled due to alleged overbooking and got it back after complaining. Fortunately after the whole trouble, the guy who was at the reception when we arrived was very helpful and put us up in a private room although we had booked in a dorm bed. The room and wc/shower was clean though kitchen really needs cleaning and utensils. A bit far away from the city centre but all in all a good place to stay. Alberto, from Afghanistan ~ 25th Aug 2009

I was very disappointed that the cleaning staff would take items that they found in the room while cleaning, instead to turning things in to the desk. With people leaving their luggage for some time before leaving finally, there is a chance that a person could reclaim a lost item. They also left water on floors and counters. What is an RTW trip?
