What a unique place.I absolutely loved it and it made our visit to Lucca.It was right inside the town wall in an old closter and is very close to the Roman Ampitheater which is the center of night life.Next time we are in Lucca we will stary there again. joseph, from USA ~ 25th Aug 2011

only hostel in lucca, it's clean and safe but make your own set of directions! not the most social hostel but neither is Lucca itself, definitely sufficient if you're just looking for accommodation! Elizabeth, from Australia ~ 9th Jul 2011

I arrived at the hostel by rental car having phoned them in advance to check that parking was free and the gate was opened. I gave my car licence plate number (they do not have a record of this) at reception. The hostel should have notified the police that I was a guest there so was entitled to drive through the limited traffic zone leading up to the car park. However, they did not which led to my rental car company charging me a non-refundable admin fee for informing me about a fine imposed by Keval, from England ~ 4th Jan 2012
