Great location in the centre of Lucca with parking place if you travel by car. Beautiful old-fasioned interiors. If you want to have tasty breakfest with good coffee you should eat in town, there are plenty of beautiful places to have one. Unfortunatelly no Wireless internet available. We found Lucca very interesting and worth staying.

I only stayed here one night but the place seemed to be great for the price. REally great location. Comfy bed, hot showers, massive lockers in the room. Would definitely stay again.

Faux marble walls, vaulted ceilings, wonderful natural light and clean, sturdy wood bunk beds with HUGE lockers (size enough for your whole frame pack and then some). Lovely back courtyard, and opera lessons wafting through the large windows. I would highly recommend this hostel- it was the nicest I\'ve ever stayed in (out of five all over Italy).

A characterful hostel, absolutely HUGE!My first time in a YH, so slightly surprised that they accepted my deposit with a card but not payment... but I've a lot to learn!Staff friendly and helpful and the rooms cleaned every day.

The storage lockers are not at all secure. One key opens the lock for all of them. Also, the left luggage room was not locked. Otherwise it was fine. The staff were helpful and the beds were nice and comfortable.

2 girls that were staying in our room got locked in the bathroom. i went and told the guy at reception and he never actually did anything about it..just left them there! ..they managed to get out eventually though. Brilliant hostel apart from that.

The hostel is 1000 meters from the train station in a straight line, more considering the path needed to get through the streets (not the 500 you list on your site).

I appreciated the help of Antonio, one of the desk people. The others wern't all that friendly, maybe because of the language. They need to print out directions to catching the buses back to town and train station. Close to many eating establishments...nice residential location but farther fm city center.

Very large and spacious hostel.. Not a bad walk from the train station. Easy to find with lots of signs around town. Right off the main street wih lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Not much going on while I was there.. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant in the hostel.

Clean hostel but not so much fun. The location is very good though, right in the center city but hard to find if you don't have a map before hand.
