Oviedo in ,

My friends and I booked a stay at Oviedo for our time in Mexico and I paid the deposit on this website and it wasn't until after I had already paid the deposit that they told us it would be $20 USD extra per night for hot water! This is also near the Zocalo which is not very close to any of the good beaches or clubs. We moved to a different hotel after we went to check in and were told that they only had 2 open beds when we booked 4. We stayed at Hotel Doria which was 2 blocks away fro Elizabeth, from USA ~ 6th Feb 2009
