location is amazing, staff helpful. But obviously as its not a hostel its not great for meeting people. Right in the heart of Dubai.

Probably not the best end of town situated in Deira. I would recommend to spend a little more to ensure that you are on the nice side of the creek. Deira is also very hard to navigate if you hire your own car.

The staffs are not helpfull as we ask for taxi to the airport or whether they would call a taxi for us, they said just go outside the hotel as they would be plenty of taxi. We end up waiting for half an hour with no taxi and have to walk around for another half an hour to find a taxi. Secondly, unfriendly reply for our request for a late check out. Third, the room in not cleaned throughout our stay. Lastly staff with sour faces.

basic hot water for drinking shld be provided. 100usd is not value for money... iblis only charge 465 for week end with breakfast and shuttle services etc... about 60usd maybe ok. the standard is poor compared even to country like japan.

The location is great, near the souqs and a major bus station, so it's easy to get around from there. Other than that, it's pretty average and I wouldn't say it was clean. I found it okay, it's a good budget option in Dubai, I'd stay there again if I was going to be in Dubai for a few nights. It's basically the same price as a private room at the Dubai Youth hostel. The hostel there is definitely out of the way (I stayed there one night) but it has a pool and is alright, but expesnive for a hostel. But hey, it's Dubai!

Excellent location right across from the bus station and within walking distance of the souqs and creek. Overall great budget hotel.
Its a low budget hotel, and for that it is ok. Not great, not bad, just ok.
