The showers were dirty & some of the staff were rude. It took us 2 days to get to do washing.

I loved the staff!!! And I met so many cool people at that hostel. The staff was so friendly that you just had to love them. I was so lucky with my roommates too. They were the best! If you ever go to Belfast and are looking for some fun, this hostel is the best. I miss them already!

Nice hostel situated a short distance from the city centre but still close to amenities. Enjoyed my stay but was slightly disappointed with the 11.30 shutting on the lounge area.... but that said still a good hostel.

Really friendly and casual place, had a really good time!! i want to come back and live/work there. the boards with things to do and see were really helpful. a little disorganised but that just comes with the casual attitude!

I liked this place. The common areas were very comfortable & good to meet people but they close at 11:30 pm which is pretty crap. The 12 bed dorm was good & had great beds. The location was a bit far out from the centre but there were food places within a 5 min walk. Staff were ok but the American girl was a bit stupid.

Horrible. just plain horrible. i left before my reservation was over. waited outside in the rain for 30 minutes banging on the door during the middle of the day. Apparently the girl behind the counter drifts away to go and play during the day, so its hard to find anyone if you need help.

ive stayed in a few hostels in belfast and this one was the best. staff was great, so was everything else. thanks guys

I only spent a night here,but the staff seemed very indifferent about helping people.They had a major issue with the plumbing leaving 2 toilettes and 1 shower for everybody,which is not exceptable.Breakfast was included and the atmosphere was good otherwise.

Staff were hard to find sometimes and some were quite rude. Rooms were ok. Needs a few more toilets & showers for the amount of people that were there as queues were constant. Good location- close to heaps of quite cheap food places.
