The staff and friendly atmosphere at the Palace made it a great place to stay. Rooms are basic, but clean and with breakfast included, good value. We would definitely stay at the Palace again.

Hotels always charge you more for arranging transport for visits so your best asking around before you go with their recommendation…. IE we got quoted 20-30JD to go visit The Cave of the 7 Sleepers, which was about 40 minutes away, but in a taxi it was 10 JD return (after some negotiation!) Buses very cheap….

Very friendly hotel that treats you like family. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and Nasr the owner is very willing to help you around wadi musa and explain the routes in Petra. Definitely a place to be if you want to visit Petra.
Absolutely wonderful. Everything went smoothly during my stay. The room was nice, the lounge was fun for watching the Euro Cup matches with a loud crowd, the staff was friendly, and breakfast was always satisfying. Cannot recommend it high enough.

Simply put, during my whole trip throughout Jordan, this was the only place where I slept in crisp clean white sheets. Staff were very helpful. I was pleased with the breakfast relative to the other places I've stayed in Jordan. Location is literally in the middle of Amman. Lonely Planet highly recommended this place. I would recommend as well.

Very pleasant stay, good location. Enjoyed the trip I booked to the desert castles through the hotel. Not the quietest hotel I have stayed at (you can hear the calls for prayers from the mosque), but with earplugs, got a good nights sleep.
