  • A bit pricey but the location is nice, right in front of Damascus Gate. Facilities are okay, but staff needs to be more friendly because they appear to be more business-oriented rather than traveller-backpacker-friendly type.

  • I don't recommend this hostel. Many stuff written on website is not true. There is no wi-fi in rooms, there is no hot water(there is warm water like 30℃), the room is dirty and so small, the bed is hard, and breakfast is just pita bread and cucumber. More than anything, I was charged $100 more than it is written on the website, and did not give me money back when I asked for refund when I realized. They totally ripped me off.

  • Location is excellent but that's about it. They provide no clean sheets and rooms are quite dingy. If you're traveling in winter know that there is no heating in the dorms (as well as no air-con in summer). Like other fellow travelers we just used it to sleep over and take a shower. It's not horrible but we wouldn't recommend it (unless you are really looking for the cheapest stay around:)

  • I can't recommend this hostel enough. I spent 7 nights. The location is perfect, 1 block from Damascus Gate, w/ fruit markets and delicious bakeries on the block. The staff was amazing, and I have a lot of experience traveling. Everyone was friendly & went out of their way to not only help me but to insure that I had a great time. They set up awesome, inexpensive excursions. Free breakfast, internet, and hot tea/coffee all the time. A great place with great staff. Can't wait to visit again soon!

  • great location, helpful staff, free tea&coffee&filtered water all day, free internet, common room with BBC news on (quite useful sometimes...). our room was small, without window, the bed sheet could be cleaner and water running better... but if you are looking for a budget stay in the centre of things in Jerusalem I would recommend

  • The location was great and the sheets were clean. Very friendly staff, they even made us dinner one night. There are no laundry facilities, and towels are not provided for dorms. Our dorm didn't have air conditioner either, but the nights were cool so it was fine with the window open. There is a produce stand right outside the door and many places to eat nearby.

  • For this (very cheap) price, it is a great place in Jerusalem- excellent location, good internet connection, caring staff. The room wasnt very clean, but everything functioned and I highly recommend the hotel to the people, who dont have high expectations about the standard, but just want to sleep in the centre of Jerusalem.

  • The place is horrible. Dirty, noisy, the bathrooms are a joke, breakfast is terrible, staff is lasy and there´s no help whatsoever after you pay the bill. I strongly recommend not to book this place. Oh man, that bathrooom, I will never forget that....
