The hostel was nice and clean, I was the only person staying there at the time. In the middle of nowhere! No place to go and eat or get a drink nearby, and the restaurant run by the owner was closed. The owner's children were cute but very noisy in the common room.

The hostel is a little out of the way, but the directions given are good. I'm always a little weary of hostels that have no front door lock and no room locks though, but the location leads to nobody just walking in off the street.

Little difficult to find the place, but otherwise with rest of facilities, it is a fantastic place to stay...

A little difficult to find and the room was damp from lack of ventilation.

This was a very nice hostel - family run and situated in beautiful wales countryside. Was a tad shocked by location but didnt bother me at all as was in such a nice location. Very clean, and lots of fun especially for the price. Very cool bar too - massive room bar areas, jukebox, pool table, darts, and lots of drink in a "mexican" atmosphere. What else could you ask for!! :)

It was a great place, the owner was really nice, the beds are very comfy and bathrooms very clean. Downside, it's at the top of a very long, steep hill, so be prepared for a hike if you are traveling by bus. It's also about 7 miles from Carmarthen and two miles from Llansteffan, so make sure you know the bus schedules or are prepared to walk a ways to see anything.
