- “ The cleaning staff were really rude during my stay. Dorms - uncomfortable; beds are very close to each other, no privacy. Your experience really does depend on the type of people that end up in your room during your stay. Also, the bathrooms were really sub-par - the showers were clogged and even though I brought this up, nobody paid any attention to this. The 5 Euro extra per day per person for breakfast is really excessive for the blandest "continental" breakfast imaginable. Location - seedy. ”

- “ Not a bad distance from Termini (the main transportation hub in Rome). The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were always clean, there are computers to use in the main lobby, and security was not an issue at all. Would come back again! ”

- “ I would like to make some constructive criticism, but that is impossible since everything seems to work fine in this hostel. The location is undoubtely good: it is very near Termini Station, and not far from the historical sites. The staff is not only efficient, but also human, which seldom happens. The bedrooms and baths are clean. It looks actually more like a hotel than a hostel. ”

- “ I have to say this was definitely the best hostel i got in Italy for its price. The dorm room i was in was very spacious and clean. There was plenty of space for bags and odds and ends and even a tv to watch italian sports or tv. The bathrooms are large and clean and there were 2 bathrooms on my floor, which had 4 rooms. Have to say best bathroom option i've had yet in italy. 30 min walk to colosseum. Trust me when i say that this hostel despite only being close to roma termini is a must. ”

- “ We had a good stay in Papa Germano's hostel, good location. But we were disappointed because we payed for a private bathroom and we had only two bathroom for 5 appartments... In addition, you have to pay 5€/night for air conditioning, which is necessary in august! Elise from France ”

- “ The hostel is amazing and the staff are lovely!!! It's the perfect place to stay in Rome, since it's very close to Termini Station, it's super clean and the rooms are very nice. I visit Rome often, and I think this will be the hostel I'll stay since now on. ”

- “ We had an incredible stay at Papa Germano. The staff were extremely nice and pleasant. They were always attentive to my needs and went out of their way to help me plan my itinerary in Rome. I cannot say enough how wonderful the staff were. The room was really clean, the bathrooms most importantly were clean, and the location was the most ideal. I will definitely be recommending Papa Germano to others and look forward to staying there again in the future. ”
