Papa Germano in Koh Samui, Italy

Excellent, friendly service with an inviting atmosphere. We were welcomed and treated great during our three days at Papa Germano. It is very clean and comfortable. The only thing I'd have to say about this is we thought it was 28 euros for the room, but it was 28 euros each for the both of us. Check the prices! Other than that...I'd definitely stay there again

Hi Kara! thanks so much for the nice review! About the price, in the booking and confirmation form it's cleary written that the price is per person and you also have the total due to the hotel upon arrival, so you cannot be mistaken. Thank you

Very nice hostel, right next to the main train station. There are nice restaurants around and you can reach every place by feet! The staff is nice and our room was clean and comfortable! Dominik, from Germany ~ 8th Mar 2012

I would recommend this place if you're looking for a small room size because we ended up having a three bed dorm to ourselves but the staff wasn't helpful and the internet is only available from seven am to midnight and being seven hours ahead of the city I'm from, that was an inconvenience. For a hostel, it was very doable in comparison to others that I've stayed at. Clean sheets and nice set up, even with shared bathrooms. But it is after all a hostel. emily, from USA ~ 24th Oct 2011

We only stayed for one night but its great location sold it for me. The station was a 5min walk or a 15-20 minute walk to main sites. We had orginally had paid for breakfast but didn't make it down so they gave our money back no problem. We also stored our bags there our last day free of charge. Amy, from England ~ 18th Aug 2011

My husband and I stayed in a private room and it was great. It was just like staying in a hotel, we had a mini fridge, a TV and our own private bathroom. Gino Germano and the rest of his staff were excellent, very helpful and communicative. Wifi was not in the rooms but in the common area and they provided 3 working computers. The breakfast for an extra 5Euros a day was great and worth it. The location was greattoo. Everything about Papa Germanos was great, we would stay there again for sure.
