Pass-by-house International Youth Hostel in Veliko Tarnovo, China

The place felt like home. Great amenities: large TV, pool table, tables, comfortable couches with coffee tables. Restrooms were clean.Plenty of nice materials such as books, cards, games, and DVDs, etc.Internet worked fine.Only ONE problem.It's February and the place was freezing.Seriously.Luckily, the staff offered me three blankets, which made things bearable.My friend, however, only used two blankets, and almost froze in his sleep.
