AWESOME faculty! One of the best I have seen at a hostel, very accommodating to your needs. Location wasn't amazing but very easy to get to many locations, walking distance of a lot. megan, from USA ~ 2nd Feb 2012

Really quite excellent. There is a bar in the basement that in a smoking zone though, and the vented windows go directly onto the street. I reckon the fumes in there are pretty bad for overall health but is fine for a few days!

These guys rocked. If you need help planning your trip, figuring your way around buenos aires, or deciding what to do, this is the place for you. Seriously, any thing I needed they hooked me up with. I was even crashing their couch before leaving for a flight at 3 am and the person at the desk offered to make sure I was up. I never felt like they were impatient with my questions and they were always generously friendly. Thanks guys! They don't have the biggest and best common areas but they

The hostel is great !!! after that was said, here is the list of problems: 1.It is possible to smoke in the basement, so when people smoke, its stinks and also bad for your health 2.one cannot cook in the kitchen, its very small, and doesn't have a stove, just an electric one. lucky enough, there is a good value place you can buy your food from - Bosio, good and relatively cheap.

I had an excellent experience, i had to stay just one night and booked an 8 bed mixed room (wich is great since each room is sub-divided, so it's more like a double bed room). The staff is really helpfull. Tristan, from Netherlands ~ 26th Dec 2011

Nice hostel in walking distance of many of the sights. The breakfast area/bar/place to hang out is all in one and unfortunately it allows smoking. Therefore if you can't tolerate smoking this hostel shouldn't be your first choice because there are not really any other common rooms... The kitchen was very small and there was often a line of people waiting to cook. Despite these minor annoyances I enjoyed my stay at the hostel and it's good value for money. Eccentric and quiet/comfortable place. The downstairs dorm (6 beds) is more like 3 separate spacious quarters with the partitions. Shots of bar tequila were on special for 10 pesos in the basement bar (exhaust fan clear some of the smoke) Nice breakfast. One block over from city´s main boulevard (9 Julio). Lounge-office area (couches, 2 PC´s) is real quaint. Pablo (mgr or owner) easy-going. This is not a "mega" hostel.Funky. One of 3 BA hostels I tried. Stacy, from USA ~ 26th Nov 2011

Staff was incredibly friendly and the bar downstairs is a great place to meet new people and make new friends. Keziah, from USA ~ 22nd Nov 2011

Excellent value for money. Asthma sufferers beware: an automatic air freshener puffs deoderant into dorms every hour or so, right through the night. Archie, from England ~ 21st Oct 2011
