- “ A great place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They spoke English really well. The directions to the hostel on the website are good, with the exception of the street you turn down as the TIME sign isn't there. Will certainly go back! ”

- “ My friend and I stayed in the annex, which was a little different from the main hostel, but the perfect place to stay for two people. The hostel is within walking distance of a lot of good sight seeing spots and a major train station. Despite being tucked away in a winding residential area, the hostel's directions are very easy to follow. They also let us check in very late, which I'm still grateful for. Thanks for a great visit! ”

- “ Peace House Showa has a great atmosphere that just feels like home. It's hard to think you're in a hostel, it just feels like you're crashing at a friend's place that has spare (and pretty clean) rooms! The location isn't the most ideal, but PHS more than make up for it with its people and their friendliness. Plus, it's really easy to go out with them in the evenings! ”

- “ We got lost while making our way to Peace House Showa because it was hidden inside the narrow allies of a quiet road, but we eventually managed to find our way with the directions that they provided in the email. Atmosphere is AMAZING especially when everyone living in Peace House, whether friends or strangers, gather at the lounge in the evening for drinks together. It makes the entire stay much more lively in my own opinion. I LOVE Peace House and the staff there! Missing you guys already! :) ”

- “ This hostel can be a little bit hard to find (but follow the directions on the main page, they help a LOT!) and the walk feels a bit sketchy at night, but I was never truly unsafe. It's about a 15-20 minute walk from the station. But the people who work there are SO friendly. I instantly felt like a part of the family. There are two main rooms (the living room and the kitchen) where people just spend time together and share stories. I wish I was there for longer! They also have cooking parties ”
