This hostel was more like a hotel than anything. Staff makes your bed ever day and the place is amazingly clean! I would definitely stay here again.

This pension is a excellent place to stay. It is located close to the beach and close to the city centre of San Sebastian. The owner is very friendly. Much personal attention! The owner explains everything about the city and he helps you with everything you need. Very kind. A perfect place to stay in beautiful San Sebastian. :D

This is a nice, quiet place to stay, although it was a little chaotic when we arrived. The owner doesn\'t speak any english at all which was only a problem because he couldn\'t find our booking! The rooms are generally good and the bathrooms are clean.

A bit expensive for what it is. We had stayed in another pension for 2 euro more per night and it was like a 5 star hotel. Would not stay here again.

We were very impressed by Pension Amalur. The host did everything he could to help us and to ensure our stay was enjoyable. It's very close to the beach and good bars/restaurants. I would definately recommend it.

nice staff, but a little noisy at night and too expensive (80 euros!!!) for a doubleroom with the character of a youth hostel!
