pension itself was ok, but we have seen the owner only once by check in.cleaning service is not provided, there was no way to ask for that neither any cleaning equipment provided.the location is very inconvinient, the bus service is very bad, you cant rely on that, it is hard to come out/come back to the town.

We had e-mailed the Pension about when we were arriving and when we got there no one was there. We had to walk around for about thirty minutes to find a phone, call the pension, and then wait another thirty minutes for someone to show up. Not a good first impression, especially since I had e-mailed with our arrival time and in the e-mail response there was no mention made that we would need to phone ahead to have someone meet us there.
You need to call the pension, we wait one hour to get somebody.

We arrived there was no one there to let us in the Taxi driver phone the number for us and we were told someone would be with us in 50 mins. The place was in the middle of nowhwere so we began walking back to civilsation it was 8 k to the bus stop that took us back to los chrisianos.
We called from the cab when we reached the town to get directions which they gave us. When we found the Pension it was locked up!!! We called again and they said they would be five minutes. After half an hour we called again and they did come about fifteen minutes later. Meanwhile the miter was ticking in the cab. We did not feel comfortable sending him away nor did he want to leave us with no transportation nor any hotels in the area. We did stay, they collected the money upfront .We were the only people in the Pension including no staff). The next day we woke up ,packed and left with no access to a telephone to call a cab, again no one was there We walked for ages untill we managed to get to a spot that was on a bus line.This Pension is in a very out of the way area. it was nerve wracking to arrive after a flight from Canada, overnight, then a three wait,next a flight to Madrid. Next a flight to Los Rodeos and a very expensive cab ride to find the Pension locked up and no one there or around......no phones. Thankfully the cab driver had his.

Es la peor pension de todo tenerife!! Nos dejaron colgadas una hora!!! Avisamos con antelacion que llegariaos a las 5 de la tarde y nadie estubo alli esperamos una hora esperando y nadie aparecio!! No la recomiendo para nada, ademas esta a 15€ en taxi para llegar a la playa mas cercana. Un desastre!!

I cannot begin to try to explain what was wrong with this place. For a start there was no one there, no guests no staff, no-one...Ever! Secondly, the owner was terribly rude and discourteous, thirdly they locked us out of our room with our stuff inside for no apparent reason! We had booked a 6 night stay, we left after one. Anything could have happened and no-one would have known. The only thing i canrecommend about this place is to not go there at all!

The staff has the worst attention towards guests. Really recommend not spend time in this hostel and maybe pay a little more. Some bad experiences can be saved in doing so.
