Pension Locarno in Fukuoka City, Germany

character and fun are rated high only because survey doesn't allow blanks. it's not a party place. location is great right next to station. the tram also is right there and rumbles like a tank, may be hard for sleeping. from station take down escalator next to blue sparda bank sign, veer right then across macdonald's and blumen flower shop take escalator up to dachau/ and luisen str, come out right in front of pension (green sign).
