The place is within 15-20 walking minutes to the famous Charles Bridge, and within 3 walking minutes to the Jugendstil-Cafe Savoy (dont miss to take a coffee there), thus quite in the centre of Prague. The staff is very nice and helpful.

We stayed in a little room with bathroom, with our bed nearly touching the top but in a clean room and worth value in terms of quality vs price. It is not the place for meeting other travelers but we liked becaouse of cleaningless, price and a helpful staff.

Loved my stay in Petrinska hostel - a very short walk from the city center! Our room (3 beds ensuite) was great in two storeys - beds upstairs and kitchen & bathroom downstairs. Breakfast was waiting for us in the fridge every morning. There was also a water heather in the room - very conveniant. The staff wasn't around much - so you'd have wait for them a bit if u'd like to talk to them. Luckilly we didn't have any problems, so we didn't need them that much. Would stay in Petrinska hostel again for sure! Prague's grat!!

Petrinska is a basic hostel. The room we had was clean and warm. You get a key for your room and for the front door. Ours was a double room ensuite it had a small kitchenette with fridge, kettle, toaster, sink, a ring to cook on, frying pan & saucepan. A tv is there too with local stations..fun to try to work out what they're saying in Bones and other shows! Not a great hostel if you want to meet other people. Theres one computer in the hall with internet. Reception seems to be non existant really. You go to a different entrance in building to get your key. Breakfast is fine, cornflakes, yoghurt, bread, salami, butter, jam, tea and coffee...no milk though. they put more breakfast in fridge daily. Locationwise, its not in the very center but i find that a good thing because the local bars and restraunts are cheaper than in centre. It is only about 7-10 mins walk to centre though -not far at all.

Stuff was very pleasant, room was very clean, location very good. Problems: Internet didn`t work and breakfast was very poor.

It is a very good hostel, near the beautiful attractions of the city.

Nice, clean, comfy. Good enough for the avid traveller that wants to see what the city is about and not stay in a hotel room all day.

The beds had bunches of hairs on them. The interent did not always work. There was no 24hr reception and when we went to get into the hostel we had to wake outside almost an hour until someone arrived.

. NO breadfast incluided, just some food in the fridge. . NO Main Reception open daily from 9:00 - 20:00, we had to phone them. . THE 3 bed Room (pivate bath room), but a tiny window and inconfortable . Dissapointing organization
