Phoenix Hotel (Hanoi) in Hanoi, Vietnam

Was a joy to finally arrive at this hotel. Taxi driver could not find it and the street wasn't on the map I had. Small hotel with sufficient breakfast. Room was clean with good ac and tv. Suitable base for getting around the Old Quarter. Elizabeth, from Ireland ~ 31st Aug 2009

This has possibly the friendliest most helpful staff in Hanoi! We booked the halong bay cruise through the owner kelvin and it was great, double bed, balcony,etc Also the rooms are very clean and value for money! The breakfast is also free and you can have 2nds and 3rds if you like with free coffee all day!!
