Rooms were OK though very noisy from traffic on the streets, but the so-called showers and toilets were seriously disgusting, the ladies were not once cleaned in 3 days...but can't really have better location than Piccadilly Circus

one thing which made our stay difficult was the fact the wall sockets in our room were upside down, we couldn't use most of the things we wanted to plug in as they didn't fit as the sockets were directly under some wall storage space, also the showers were rubbish, there was no power to some (they was just one long drip of water) and another was constantly cold
A few of the rooms felt like "semi-finished". To me he staff was great. An the Location was the best.

The hostel was absolutely disgusting and tiny- our 4-person room was big enough only for 2 people and it was filthy- the bathrooms were worse and covered in mould. I would never stay here again.

A window that opens more than an inch and a curtain that blocks out the sunlight would be handy, especially in a room with yellow walls.

Please, NEVER stay at this hostel, it was the worse hostel I`ve been there. I had my brush, brush cream, my contact lenses case, contact lenses solution, umbrella robbed. the problem was that people from the staff stole it. I was there with friends in the room, we left at morning and when we came back it wasn`t there anymore. The room is to horrible, dirty, and they have 1 lift for 7 floors and more then 100 room, impossible.

good location! gross showers and rooms!! looks like a old psychiatric ward!! never wanted to come back to hostel cos it was so feral.. good lcoation thats about it!! rude staff too!! wont stay here again

The bathroom and toilet have to be cleaned more frequently. Also the doors are closing very loudly, so it disturb others rest.
