Pickled Parrot Backpackers in Malaga, New Zealand

Generally one of the better places we stayed in during our holiday in NZ. We had nice cabin for two of us which worked aswell as triple because there was one single bed and one double. For two was ok but for three people could be a little small. Although we had to clean it with spray against mosquitos. Free bikes to hire and free internet on one PC which was difficult to get (sharing with other 25 guests or so). Jozef, from Slovakia ~ 13th Mar 2012

Room was a good size, with a heater for the chillier nights.Inside communal space was quite small if the hostel is full, and one night there was nowhere for us to sit other than our room.Lots of outside space which would be good when the weather is a bit warmer.The one thing I didn't like about this place was the luggage storage area - not exactly secure if the key is sitting out and visible to anyone looking at reception.Free breakfast always a bonus though.
