  • “ Our reservation did not work. We made the reservation on hostels.com and called the hostel the next day to confirm the booking. Glad we did because they did not have room for us and did not receive our reservation. All rooms were full and they were completely unable to accommodate us. We were also unable to get our money back from the reservation. I will not be using hostels.com again in the future. ”
