Well located. Each block having it's own kitchen and living area gives lots of space but would make it very easy for anyone who wanted to help themselves to your stuff

Very spacious hostel with great facilities. My friend did get her jacket stolen from one of the communal rooms but the dorms themselves were safe enough. I'd stay there again

My main problem wasn't with the hostel itself, which is pretty clean and has friendly, helpful staff, but with the other people staying there who stole my food & never clear their dishes away! Otherwise this is a good place to stay in Queenstown & it's big enough that you're always pretty much guaranteed a room, even at high season.
A good hostel for the young 18-25 year old party traveler. If you are older and looking for a quiet place to lay your head, beware!! I stayed in a mixed dorm and was greeted each morning by the smell of stale beer and the sight of a trashed common room. The people were friendly, and when the cleaning staff came through, the place looked great. However, they never did refill the soap dispenser in the bathroom...

Clean and rustic, though a little bare. Great location- not far from town, surrounded by trees, and right near the kiwi birdlife park and the skyline gondola/hike. Great base for Queenstown adventures and good way to meet people.
Showers were good but a bit messy and the common room / kitchen area was not tidy, but there was a group of about 8 guys staying in the block that night. The door to the room wasn't self locking so if someone didn't relock it anyone could just walk in. Same with the front door to the main area, which had the bedrooms located off it. Apart from that was good hostel. For some reason me and my friend had been put in separate dorms but the receptionist put us in the same room - which had 2 spare beds in it anyway!
