We had a great time at the Harmony Guesthouse. Location is great. Beautiful Courtyard... very traditional chinese feeling ;-) Food is delicious (try the yu xiang rou si... it's great). The owners are very nice and helpful. They booked us a train ticket to Datong... excellent stay. Thank you!

Excellent hostel in a quiet area of Pingyao.The couple running the hostel was particularly friendly, and the food in the restaurant was excellent. I would definitely return!

I had a wonderful time at Harmony Guesthouse. The owners are really nice, speak fluent English (great!!) and gave me a warm welcome. The room was comfortable and quiet, the food delicious and the price fair. You should go there

jacky welcomes you warmly and helps you with "logistic" details. his english is very good and he's got a great attitude the commun area allows you to relax enjoy a beer or two and some food. it's an honest bargain, the place is clean the staff is helpful.

we stayed here and it was very quiet, the bar area was abit boring, no atmosphere, we also only managed to have 1 hot shower, very annoying!

this is a very good guesthouse. the owner and his wife speak very good english and are good fun. great location and yummy food. can't beat it. stay here!!!!
