the kitchen is small try to avoid dorm room number 1 and 2, noisy and smelly because of the kitchen in our dorm all the key to the locker workt in all lockers. Ann-ida, from Sweden ~ 10th Feb 2012

The staff was average at best. Mostly unhelpful but then sometimes they surprised me. The rooms were pretty comfy, though the drains in the showers didn't work in at least 3 rooms that I experienced. The water pressure was FANTASTIC when there was any water at all. It has a good location near the trailheads - which made a difference on the way back from the Tres Lagos hike! BRING YOUR OWN TP and SOAP!!! The internet did not work at all during our stay Anne, from USA ~ 11th Jan 2012
