- “ the kitchen is small try to avoid dorm room number 1 and 2, noisy and smelly because of the kitchen in our dorm all the key to the locker workt in all lockers. ”

- “ The staff was average at best. Mostly unhelpful but then sometimes they surprised me. The rooms were pretty comfy, though the drains in the showers didn't work in at least 3 rooms that I experienced. The water pressure was FANTASTIC when there was any water at all. It has a good location near the trailheads - which made a difference on the way back from the Tres Lagos hike! BRING YOUR OWN TP and SOAP!!! The internet did not work at all during our stay ”

- “ They have wifi, which is nice but sometimes very slow. There is no toilet paper so bring your own! Other than that I had no problems with Pioneres, and it is located close to trailheads. ”
