The staff was extremely supportive and went the extra mile to accomodate our needs, like an early breakfast before our departure to Macchu Pichu. Advise: do clarify that transportation to the airport is provided free before departing. This was agreed, but the driver didn't seem to know. However, this was a small issue easily overcome by the facility, cleanliness, organization, and staff support. Front desk staff spoke English well enough and their support for our visit was nothing short of t lew, from USA ~ 6th Oct 2009

The hostel was clean and we stayed in a nice private room. The staff was very unhelpful and seemed to only want our money. We went on one of their tours which turned out fun and easy. If you dont go on their tours, they will make life very difficult for you. I wouldn´t stay there again unless there was different staff. this hostel has a great atmosphere. there´s a bar, movie room, and plaza - so there are plenty of places to meet people. the two things this hostel is missing is more bathrooms and more helpful staff. for the guys, only 3 toilets with over 60 beds! and two of the toilets have showers. also, the staff seems to know very little about Cusco or any of the services at the hostel. overall, it´s a good party hostel, and an average or sub par place to get live in for more than 3 days.
