The hostel has a great location, but the bathrooms are really poor and the shower doesn't work well. The reception wasn't good enough and they didn't had any food in the bar to offer, and as we got at the hostel late at night we were tired and still got to get out to eat, even with the bar publicity that they make. The staff were super friendly, they helped us book a tour of Lake Titicaca and also a bus ticket to Cusco. The room was nice, great blankets, only issue was no hot water! And it was cold outside. Also location far from square but we didnt mind the walk. shawnna, from Australia ~ 31st Oct 2011

Carlos and Ginni were very friendly and helpful. However, the hot water situation was very poor we would have to wait every time we wanted a shower and then most of the time the water either ran out or was not hot.
