Very friendly staff. However room very cold, no heating. Extra blankets provided on request. Also the only way to get any hot water was to have it bearly running. Breakfast provided at extra cost. If you need to stay in Aguas Calientes for one night in preparation for going to Machu Picchu in the morning, this hostel is excellent. The rooms are very nice and the staff members help you find every place that you need to go: to buy tickets for the bus, to pay the Machu Picchu entrance fee, or to find a good place to eat. clearly the town is expensive, so finding a place for $15 a night was already a good surprise. then there is only a 5m walk to maschu pichu bus. then the staff is really nice - up at 4 every morning - and with a smile. We stayed in a matromonial room on the top floor which was very nice and quiet. The bed was clean and comfortable and the shower was hot and very powerful.
