A beautiful vacation resort nowhere near Florence. Not that it matters, because it's GORGEOUS! But bring everything you need or else you'll pay for it, including tennis rackets and ping pong paddles!

It is too far away from Florence. The only way to go from the village were the hostel is to the hostel is by foot, and you have to walk 45 min up a hill.

The location was horrible. The property was out of the way and there was a shuttle that only ran twice a day. There were no taxis after 10pm either. So basically you were stuck at the hostel with nothing to do. Had to pay for the internet. The pool closed at 6pm. Not a good experience.

The camping was amazing, it is actualy very big, not expensive but very fancy, the restaurants were very nice, not expensive and good. The spa and swiming pool is also very good and clean.
It is about an hour away to florence.
We loved the place, very quiet, good atmosphere to relax. Will definitly come back with a car to visit Toscane.

We LOVEDDD this place. It's a little out of the way, but amazing if you're up for anything! It was the cheapest place we've stayed in all of Europe and by far the most amazing. Spa, pools, restaurants. We spent all morning between the jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. Highly recommended (only bad part is out of florence and not close to train station, but you make it work...)

We spent two weeks travelling around various hostels in Italy and we stayed here for 2 nights. We were in for a huge shock. We were used to very basic accomodation without many ammenities, but Girasole blew us away. I will definately visit Girasole Club in the future. It was a delight to arrive at this clean, friendly, safe campsite. The excursions looked excellent and the food was great.
