- “ I booked a 2 bed room and got a dorm and we had to share our room with a third person. In the second night we also got a homeless guy in to our dorm. Also the Staff was using the guest toilet and there was only one. A lot of the facility smelled like urine. ”

- “ I give "poor" to staff and cleanliness because Roxy, the manager and apparently the only staff there, though she is a good person, she is a disabled. It's not that she is not trying her best, but that she just couldn't manage the place to be reasonably clean. She did provide me with a new towel and a new pillow, but then the floor, the table, the drawers and the pillowcase were dirty. Food was left in the microwave. Cat's footprints blackened the washing basin. The closet was broken, not usable ”
