  • Staff is very unfriendly and unhelpful with the exeption of Ruben! This is a dingy and tatty hostal. Totally run down!! Broken toiletseats and no paper, doors to the bathroom and Toilette are either missing, can not be closed or can not be locked. Showers have only one knob so you can not regulate the water temperature. The water is too not! Kirchen and common room are closed at 11p.m. Breakfast is supposed to be served at 8.30 a.m.but tardiness prevails!!

  • Good accommodations for the money, staff was professional and friendly. Hostel location is close to attractions and mass transit lots of eating options including my favorite Pastry shop only two doors down where you can get a coffee Americano and Portuguese Custard Tart for under 2.50 euro's.
