Would not recommend this hostel for students or younger travellers, as most of the other guests appeared to be in their 30's or older. Rooms were reasonably large and a towel was provided, however we found ants at the windows and the beds were unmade. Bathrooms were clean and there was rarely a queue for the shower. The place is shabby. The only upside is its central location,very close to the bus/train stations, and right in the belly of the central market - which is already the downside. If you want to stay out late and get back to the hostel anywhere after 07.00 pm, you ll have to walk through empty market stalls, past bunches of VERY scary drunkards. That was totally TERRIFYING.
