The ratings belie my experience. Part of my stay was at carnaval and so prices were inflated. Despite that there were long periods when there was no hot water. It appeared that it was turned on and off as they felt like it. There was certainly no discernable pattern. And the only wash basin was consistently blocked. It was something of a novelty that females had to pass through the male dormitory to access the only security lockers. And yes it was always noisy at night, but what can you exp
