  • Absolutely the best hostel I have stayed in. Unbeatable value!

  • It is cheap and clean, the toilets are being cleaned everyhour and the staff is very kind. The only disadvantage of Premium Hostel is being far from the city center. But, there is tram to take you to city center every 5-7 minutes. I recommend to stay at Premium Hostel if you are looking for a cheap, good and clean hostel.

  • The receptionist was very kind to arrange the breakfast earlier than used once we were leaving early in the morning. (great breakfast for 5zl!). It is not far from the center (20min walk from the market square).

  • The staff is very nice, but it`s the only advantage. The hostel is esthetically in rather poor condition. I had a room with walls painted with an ugliest pink you can imagine. Some beds are old and make a lot of noise everytime you move. The hostel is located in a building that during the war was used by Gestapo to interrogate, or actually torture, prisoners. There is a museum of German and Communist`s terror imposed on Kraków`s population, both Polish and Jewish downstairs in the same building.

  • Comparing with its money, its great value. There is no locker in the room , thats bad. while i was taking shower water gone cold and i had to finish my shower with cold water, but this problem is just happen to me i dont know why, we are travelling with group of 8 , no one but me had hot water all the time, i guess thats my bad luck. comparing with its fee, its excelent for students. I definetly advise this hostel. if you are travelling in group and buying all the room , you should take it!

  • Super nice hostel. It is the cleanst hostel i have live in. Its a 10 min walk from town, and it is safe to walk there at night. The beds are good, and the kichen functions.
