Dorms are basically insulated sheds. Not enough shower facilities to go around and they lost my key so I had to sit outside my shed for over an hour at 11pm on a cold winter night. Having said that, they do a great breakfast and the location is very good. Avoid the dorms and you'll be fine!

They tend to over-book and move you around a bit. Also they only have one driver for airport pickups. Some people were left at the airport for a long time. Staff is generally helpful, but eager to book you on tours.
