It's very noisy, which doesn't bother me, but might annoy others. There was a bright light shining on my bed and I had to get up and cover the window with things. Maybe they were having a collective bad day or something, but the staff weren't all too friendly.

This was probably one of the worst hostels we've stayed in, cleanliness wise. The stsff was very nice and helpful and some of the people we met we're great. But the bathroom was gross, the rooms were gross and the beds had bed bugs!!

I'd never stay here nor reccommend to anybody. I got through 2 security doors without any questions, and was greeted by quite a rude staff. The rooms smelled awfull and the whole place just seems dirty. They are renovating so hopefully they might change a few things but I'll never be back there.

when you would like to stay cheap, stay here. the staff is very friendly and helpful. the bathroom was clean and is quit big. just our room was a mess and it smelled like stinky feets. but that is not the fault of the hostel, it is because the half of the people how stay here are workers and they are in the rooms for a long time and exact like this are looking the rooms. the people the lifed here also do not reallt take care about the kitchen, it was a big mess. but again, not the fault of the hostel. to the owner: make rooms just with travellers and keep the "longstay workers" separat. all in all cheap and ok

Construction going on in the early hours was annoying and the common areas are quite small other than that it is an OK hostel.

The worst hostel ever I have seen in Brisbane and in Australia. The rooms smell after sweat, the fridge are overfilled and the bathrooms are neglected.

This is a good place to be for pubs and clubs, as its right in the party district. Its above a pub with good music and live bands. If it wernt for all the Irish, this place wouldant have much charcter, but they are here all the time and are always good for a laugh. The rooms are good but could use an extra blanket. If you want to work in the Valley or in the city this is a good place as half the people here are workers and the transport is good and you dont have to walk far. At the moment it has the second cheapest rooms in the city and you can book a room for a week at $130. The kitchen could use an upgrade, but if you want to cook its good and its usefful for meeting people.
