Homestay within easy walking distance to the waterfront. We turned up at the address above but our room was in a different building around the corner.
Very clean - more like a private apartment than a hostel. Not the place to meet people but an awesomely inexpensive substitute for a hotel in the center of town. Oh...and even though it's not actually INSIDE oldtown, it's still a 2 minute walk from the city walls. Besides, it's pretty crowded in there anyways :)
