“ The hostel was boarded up when we arrived two nights ago at 10pm. No one answered the number given. We had to make our way with our luggage through an unknown neighborhood to try and find a new place to sleep. This is not the way to treat travelers, especially young females in an unknown place. Could I please be refunded my deposit? ”
