marshall and Ramona are wonderful and they will show you around the beautiful mountains and rivers. teach you spanish, local customs and help you with any other arrangements for your trip. Highly reccomended! The mountains are too pretty not to see if you are in this country and they are smack in the middle of them.

An amazing place to get away from the city and experience the natural beauty of the DR.

great place but a total rip off!! they charged for EVERY little thing. you're better off staying at Dominican-owned places who tell you up front what you're paying for everything.

Great Location & locals, wonderful mountain range, great beaches throughout the island (coastal not at this location). Location is for the adventurous if you're into hiking and not getting killed or killing some else by motor bike. Great base for tackling the Caribbeans tallest mountain - Pica Daunta - and the view is to die for. The basic accommodation is VERY basic, so upgrade a little and showering in the mountain stream and horseback riding will be a more wonderful experience. Immerse yourself in the surroundings & not the mangement and you will have a great, off the beaten track time
