Showers are cold and manager tried to sell me a Hamburger "from the grill" without meat in it, only toppings! meat was extra! Knob.

vile place - the staff were extremely rude and difficult. there have also been robberies from the roomss and i hae heard that they are often very unclean rooms. they would not allow me to cancel even tho it was 36 hours in advance. very inflexible and poor customer service

A few hooks in the rooms and shower would be very nice.. a shelf here and there would be wonderful. The food could use a little pzzazz.. perhaps some protein at breakfast and dessert choice at dinner. The staff from airport to resort and back are AWESOME --your greatest asset!! The electricity going off for 2 hours every night was uncomfortable and a negative-- was it really necessary?? a few beach chairs/hammocks in the shade would be very much appreciated. Thanks
Had an excellent time while staying here, the island is amazing and the staff our really friendly they go out of there way to make you feel at home. Accomadation is basic but if you want to get a feel for fiji life and get to mix with the locals this is the place. Would definately recommend a visit.
