Red Bus is in a great location, just between the train station and a short walk to nightlife spots and daily sights. The staff is friendly and the crowd is respectful. The place is small, but has everything and definitely has the "hostel feel." I'd recommend it and I'd stay there again.

A very good experience all around. The staff was extrememly courteous, helpful, and knowledgable. I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling through Budapest.

I did not find the staff very friendly making me feel unwelcome. It was an ordeal to get a smile out of them, and this for no apparent reason. We did not make a mess or noise at night and were abiding by all the rules. A smile would have been apreciated upon our arrival. Also, when we checked out, the cleaning lady was extremely rude and I felt like they wanted to kick us out as quickly as possible. I must admit I was expecting much more for the price I paid but overall I enjoyed my stay in Budapest.

The hostel is a nice, clean and quite place in the centre of town. The main thing to point out is that it is quite quite on parties to the early hours but it is very near places that are so this isn't a problem. I recommend the place.

Had an absolutely fantastic stay! Breakfast was good, computer worked well, everything was nearby, and staff were always willing to help! Thank you Red Bus!!
