i wanted a cheap single room and got that, but i think you could find better establishments in niagara for a similar price. a hotel like the red carpet is not a good reflection on your website. Nicholas, from Netherlands ~ 31st Oct 2009

Great service, the room was very big, considerably cheap, quiet during the night but only 10 minute walk to casino& niagara falls. Would definitely recommend this to anyone, suits families & couples/friends. Will definitely stay there next time we're at the falls. Eydis Eva, from Iceland ~ 13th Jul 2009

Quality-price relation was dramatically out of balance. Extremely poor customer service, considering that surprisingly they laughed when we complaint about they didnt change the towels nor clean the room... The front desk guy didnt explain or provide us with a detailed bill after paying $60 more than in the confirmation email. We were supossed to pay $233 and we paid $307.... Definetely we won't come back,....300 bucks for two nights here!!???!Id rather sleep in my car! Unai, from Spain ~ 6th Jul 2009
