Good location. Bedrooms sparse but comfortable. Sitting area lacks anywhere decent to sit. Has only some table stools and garden type wooden benches all very uncomfortable after a few minutes. Supplies continuous coffee and tea which is a bonus. Paul, from Australia ~ 10th Aug 2011
