- “ It appears that the hostel tries to host a part 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. At night until 3 or 4 am, there's loud music blasting .. every night! That's just ridiculous I think. Also, the smoking areas are not well separated from non smoking areas so non smokers will also suffer ... adding further to the poor atmosphere. I wouldn't stay here again. I only recommend here to party people who like to drink and smoke a lot. ”

- “ One of the best hostels we've stayed in a long time. Even though it's a 'party hostel' if you have a double room on the ground floor you'll have plenty of peace and quiet. Staff are really good, helpful with any questions you may have and super friendly. Beer on rooftop is reasonably priced and great for relaxing, however someone please smash their UB40 CD and supply new music. ha ha Only annoying thing was air conditioner in room is way too cold. FIRST WORLD PROBLEMS!! Great hostel overall. ”

- “ Reggae Mansion is the ideal place to stay in KL. A great vibe, super classic styling that looks brand new. The staff is great, the facilities are very clean. Safety is not an issue. The rooftop bar is an ideal place to meet other travelers and may be the best spot in KL to grab a drink UNTIL the owner comes up later in the eve and takes the mic. Mind you he is trying to give away free drinks and many drunk backpackers eat it up, but everyone I was with and around us found it vibe killing. ”

- “ The hostel was very clean, beds very comfortable and atmosphere very fun. Bathrooms & breakfast were perfect. The hostel is located 2minutes far from subway and from their amazing party rooftop you can have a nice cocktail on a sofa while watching Menara tower by night :) moreover, the hostel has discounts on several attractions'tickets and offer different services (e.g. Washing machine, ...for MYR10 we had all our clothes washed, dryed and fold which is very convenient after 8days traveling around). ”

- “ The staff here is hit or miss. Some people are OK while most seem like they don't want to be bothered. After checking me in, I lugged my 3 bags upstairs without staff assistance. When someone from the staff did offer to show me to my room and take my bags, he lingered around until I gave time a tip! The night time bar was ruined night after night by DJ Annoying as Hell. He wouldn't get off the mic. He constantly was trying to get people to join the limbo contest, buy a T-shirt, or a dance contest for t ”

- “ Staying at this hostel was a real joy. It was my first time traveling solo and staying at a hostel. On the first night I was there I already made a new friend and had many different people to interact with. The hostel is really close to a train station and walking distance to landmarks like China Town and Central Market. The facilities are really clean and so are the beds. The whole place itself felt more like a boutique hostel which was really nice for the price. I would definitely come back!! ”

- “ Staff were great and the atmosphere up on the roof top bar was great, it has a good over look of the city and especially at night when the petronas towers are lit up. Only bad thing is if you get a top bunk in the dorms it is a bit of a challenge to get in and out.. Over all I will definitely stay there next time I'm in KL. ”
