I was only there for a day but the people I met there were friendly and helpful. There was a delicious breakfast served. If you are planning to go with a significant amount of luggage then be aware of the climb if you have a top floor room because there is no lift. It is a great place to stop for a day in my experience and I would not have minded staying longer.

It was really cold in London this week end, and when we arrived the radiator was out of order. Impossible to sleep in the room. We ask for find a solution to the receptionist and he responds : No solution, all rooms are booked! We ask for others blankets and we never see them... We have to sleep dressed with our jean, pull overs... Thank you for this night it was so horrible.

Great location, extra bonus-no bunk beds. I liked it a lot.

The rooms are very simple but ok... It's nice because you can meet other people travelling and so you feel a bit less lonely... But the sanitairs installations are terrible...

We spent a week at Regina in the gap between moving between rented accomodation in London. There's a miz in the hostel of more permanent travellers and short stay residents, which gives it a nice homey feel. Food is basic, but actually pretty nice - and certainly very welcome as part of what is still an incredibly competitive price for London hostels. Showers and bathrooms were quite clean - they did get a little 'hairy' in the evenings, but what can you expect when so many people are using them? Free wi-fi is an added bonus. No complaints - would definitely recommend.

Value for money was great, the food really made our stay. Two big hot meals every day makes a big difference when you're on a budget.
