Very pleased, considering the low price - private bathroom, kitchen corner and AC. Kristjan, from Estonia ~ 6th Oct 2009

Not a good place to bring someone you picked up after partying in Sitges. But the room is clean and good with airco, there is a swimmingpool you can use and the hostes Carmen is a nice woman. She would even loan you two bikes to get into Sitges more easily. A very nice stay! Hans, from Netherlands ~ 15th Aug 2009

A really great hostel! The location is perfect, very close to the beach, a metro station near by and near the beautiful Barri Gotic. We really felt we lived in the "right" part of town. Small but totally fuinctional kitchen in the room, helping staff. It's not the most social hostel I've stayed in since you have everything you need in your room. We had a room without AC and even though it was hot, the fan in the room made it a lot better. I truly recommend this hostel! Gabriella, from Sweden ~ 9th Aug 2009

What a place!! Rooms have kitchenette, en suite, great showers, fridge. Only drawbacks are street noise and heat. Take a room with A/C. 5 Minutes on foot to the beach in quiet and safe area. A million times better than some of the tiny hotels I\'ve stayed in in the city centre. William, from Scotland ~ 9th Aug 2009

If you're just looking for a place to sleep, well located and not too expensive, this is it. It's in the quiet corner of Barceloneta, a 5 minute walk from the Barceloneta market, from the beach, and from the nearest metro station. The directions are a bit off. If you come from BCN airport, take an Aerobus to Plaça de Catalunya (final stop), from Catalunya take the red line towards Fondo to where it intersects the yellow line (Urquinaona), take the yellow line (direction La Pau) to Barcelonet Brian, from Denmark ~ 6th Aug 2009

A typical student residence. The location is perfect, if you want to be close to the beach (just one street away). And not very far from the city either. Barcelonetta is REALLY Spanish (not so many tourists there). The only annoying thing wer cockroaches (whih I could kill with a spray provided by the residence though). As the name says, Residencia Campus del Mar is a 5 min walk away from the beach. It is a student dorm, and the room we had, had its own kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen was very convenient because of the refrigerator, stove, pots, pans, plates and cutlery. I guess most rooms are equipped in this way. Linen for the beds are provided, plenty of towels are also there, they will be changed if you want it. Several supermarkets (“DIA” is one of them) are in the area. I would stay here again Benjamin, from Germany ~ 27th Jul 2009
