Residencia La Luna in Pisa, Spain

No one speaks English, so it makes it very difficult for non-Spanish speaking travelers. I'm not sure why you would have a site that is in English (as well as other languages) if no one there can communicate in those languages. Also, went early in the season so I shared the space with all Madrid-living students around high school to college age. Not one other traveler was there with me.

Dear Friend, as the name of our place indicates, we are a "Residencia de Estudiantes La Luna" (Student Residence La Luna). We are usually full with students until the end of June. Exactly, the person who attended you upon arrival didn't speak English but one of our guests did speak English with you and I didn't think that you had any problem, right? If I travel to the United States, I try to speak a little bit of English, even if it is only a little bit! It's a pity you don't speak any Spanish. It's a really nice language.
